“I attach importance to the development of the Armenian-Estonian interparliamentary relations and the role of the friendship groups in that issue,” the Head of the Friendship Group Armenia-Estonia Anush Begloian said about this at the meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Estonia to the Republic of Armenia Riina Kaljurand on May 23.

Possibilities of deepening friendly relations between the two countries and expanding cooperation in various spheres were discussed.

The sides spoke about the existing problems in the region and highlighted the establishment of long-term peace. They referred to the internal political situation in our country. According to Anush Begloian, the political situation in Armenia is stable.

The guest was interested in the process of normalization of Armenia-Turkey relations. The fact of direct dialogue between the sides was highlighted.
